I guarantee the authenticity of all items I sell for as long as I am around. 
I will reimburse the original purchase price of any item that is ruled
not genuine by any recognized philatelic expertizing committee and will pay for the cost of expertizing provided the item is returned to me in its original condition and is accompanied by the original expertizing certificate showing a photo of the item.

Satisfaction guaranteed
You may return any lot within two weeks for a full refund minus shipping and handling (S&H) if not satisfied upon examination--no questions asked.
However, no partial lot returns will be accepted--you must return all items in a lot for a full refund.

Conditions of Payment
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
Payment for all purchases must be made in advance of shipment.

Shipping and Handling
Guidelines for U.S. domestic shipping are as follows:
Minimum shipping and handling charge is $1.50 without insurance at your risk.
Minimum charge for items sent via USPS certified mail is $3.50--
fully insured regardless of value.

Guidelines for international shipping are as follows:
Minimum shipping & handling to foreign countries is $2.00 without insurance at your risk.
Minimum international shipping via registered mail is U.S. $10.00--
fully insured regardless of value.
Exact shipping costs outside of the United States to be provided upon indication of destination.

Additional shipping charges will be due for oversize or overweight items
(more than 1 ounce).

Multiple lots will be shipped together
at no extra charge
for the S&H charge of the largest/heaviest lot.
