conflicts of interest between the CPSA and myself in my postings on the
Website that I
have been maintaining for the Society for many years, I have decided to
create my own
separate personal Website FILACUBA
for the study and
promotion of Cuban philately.
I will, however, also continue to maintain the CPSA Website
as a separate entity.
