I have labeled this variety Type S2 while further
verifying the plating of this stamp and obtaining other Type S surcharges for comparison.

Pos 12E but the left end of the 1 serving as fraction bar is not missing; instead, the
left foot of the Y is broken. Note also that the top horizontal bar of the right hand of
the Y presents a dip in its center.
I have labeled this variety Type S2 while further
verifying the plating of this stamp and obtaining other Type S surcharges for comparison.
