This study is a
comprehensive catalog of Cuban telegraph stamps with outstanding color
illustrations
of all denominations of each issue of these stamps with varieties,
cancellations, specimens, etc. taken from Mr. de Quesada's personal
collection
annotated with commentary from Mr. de Quesada and some of his
correspondents.
